Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services of Recodex ID ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Provision

We provide various digital services including web development, mobile application development, UI/UX design, and maintenance. We reserve the right to withdraw or amend our services without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason our services are unavailable at any time or for any period.

3. Payment Terms

Our payment terms for project-based work are as follows:

  • Down Payment: 50% of the total project cost is required to commence work.
  • Milestone Payments: Payments may be divided into milestones based on project progress.
  • Final Payment: Remaining balance is due before final project delivery and deployment.
  • Late Payments: We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue accounts.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, we retain ownership of all intellectual property rights in our pre-existing software, frameworks, and tools. Upon full payment of the project, the client is granted a non-exclusive, perpetual, and worldwide license to use the final project deliverables for their business purposes.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all confidential information disclosed during the project confidential and not to disclose it to any third party without prior written consent, except as required by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Recodex ID shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Indonesia.
